So I dropped off my MDX today for some minor service, and while waiting for my wife to pick me up, I walked around the lot. They had an old NSX and the new NSX.
The old one is not for sale. It looks to be in great shape with a factory tape deck and all.
Then, on the other side of the building, hidden away from view for some reason, I see this.
Is this ever a good looking vehicle in person. I’ve seen plenty of Lambos and Ferraris, but in person, this one blows most of them away.
This may be an unpopular opinion, but I like the new one better. And it’s not just because it’s newer and more expensive.

nope. old one all day. New one looks like all the other cars you see at the auto show and it really isnt that good looking for how much they want

The new one is starting to grow in me, despite me complaining about it. But I like the NA2 NSX better than both.

I love that that was the only price tag they had on hand.

I want them both.

I was of the same opinion until I saw this one in person, not on a car show floor. It’s not a very photogenic car either. Looks much better in person.

I do agree with you on the hybrid stuff for the most part. I wouldn’t want to own a hybrid. Though the engineer in me does like the fact that someones dabbling wirh hybrid supercars.

At first instinct, I’d say the same about not wanting a hybrid, but it would be nice to have a normal 6-speed with start/stop technology, electric drive <30 mph (at least with low throttle input), and brake regen... (is this even possible with a standard transmission? I’m guessing not)
Extra weight no doubt, but it would be nice to have a cool, fun car that could also be efficient around town and in traffic

Old NSX looks great in silver.
New NSX looks great in white.
Win/win.

Yea, as I said, the engineer in me finds that all interesting, but the old guy in me wants an SBC.
